I just placed my order, what’s next?

1. We’ll confirm Your Order

Thanks for shopping with PVO Eyewear! Once we receive your order, expect a payment confirmation email and a summary of your order. We ask you to please review the details. If you require modifications or adjustments, please send us a message at our Contact Us page or send us a message at support@pvoeyewear.ca. We try our best to accommodate any order changes.

2. How to Change Your Order?

Do you need to update your PWR (power of your lenses)? If so, please let us know before we ship them out to guarantee you’re receiving the correct prescription. If you’d like to change the brand or quantity of boxes, please contact us. Our PVO Eyewear team will cancel that order and help you place a new order with us.

3. Inventory Status

We care about providing you with all of your favorite contact lens brands. Most of the time, we’re fully stocked; however, we do occasionally run out. If we’re out of your lenses, expect us to reach out via email to solve the issue.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Your new contact lenses are on the way! Please note once your order is shipped, we can’t make any further adjustments. It’s always a good idea to double-check your shipping methods and delivery address.

Once your order leaves PVO Eyewear, it will be picked up by the courier, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the necessary tracking info for your package. Or, track your order online by logging into your account on pvoeyewear.ca.

You’ll also receive a downloadable PDF copy of your receipt for your records.

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We’re keeping things simple here. You can return/exchange your unopened contact lens boxes within 30 days of your purchase date.

Lens boxes must be unopened, meaning the product boxes must remain unmarked, sealed, and undamaged.

If you are eligible for a return/exchange, please note the following:

Returns: You’ll receive a credit on your account for the full amount you paid. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges. We do charge a shipping fee so we can ship out the exchanged items.

Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.

What if my products are defective?

First, we apologies. At PVO Eyewear, we go through great lengths to ensure each item we ship upholds our exceptionally high-quality standards. However, sometimes mistakes happen.

If you received a defective product, let us make it right! Please fill out our inquiry form, and we’ll get to work on the replacement process immediately.

We will ask for images of the defective lenses (with the product box showing the barcode). Once received, we’ll send you a return label for collection. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will send the product to you, free of charge. We do not provide refunds for defective products.

What if my order was sent back to PVO Eyewear?

If your order was sent back to us, in most cases, the courier attempted to deliver it when you weren’t home, or there was an error with your address. We get how frustrating that can be, and we can definitely re-ship your lenses. Please fill out our inquiry form, and our customer support team will start the re-send process. Please note there will be a re-sending fee for your order.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cancellations on orders returned by couriers.
